CUMS Chorus is East Anglia's most ambitious choral society, led by Principal Conductor Stephen Cleobury (Director of Music of King's College Choir), and open to members of the University and to local residents. It performs regularly with the renowned Philharmonia Orchestra, as well as the CUMS Symphony Orchestra, the East Anglia Chamber Orchestra, and Prime Brass, in venues such as King's College Chapel and the Royal Albert Hall. The Chorus also tours, and in recent years has been to Tallinn, Estonia, and to Tuscany.

- 26 November 2011 Verdi Requiem with the East Anglia Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Stephen Cleobury, and with soloists Rachel Nicholls, Madeleine Shaw, Justin Lavender and Jamie Hall (Ely Cathedral)
- 25 February 2012 Parry I was Glad, and Walton Coronation Te Deum with Prime Brass, conducted by Stephen Cleobury (King's College Chapel)
- 10-15 April 2012 Tour to Paris
- 27 April 2012 Concert with The Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Stephen Cleobury (King's College Chapel)
- 16 June 2012 Debussy La Mer and Berlioz Te Deum with the CUMS Symphony Orchestra and soloist Christopher Gillett, conducted by Graeme Jenkins (King's College Chapel)
